Consulting Experience

When I founded ONESPARK 16 years ago I was offered the opportunity to become a preferred contractor with a leading experience strategy consultancy. I used that opportunity to put into practice and refine my philosophy of merging the brand and customer experience strategy disciplines. Over time I was fortunate to expand my network of consultants and agencies who were interesting in my unique experience and approach. This afforded me the opportunity to lead many engagements from both a strategy and primary researcher role. In that capacity I played a central role in innovating experiences for some of world’s leading brands.

I have spent countless hours conducting ethnographic research (in home and online) moderating focus groups (in person and online) and facilitating workshops. But what’s been most gratifying is collaborating with client teams and senior leadership to help them turn the insights we uncovered and the strategies we developed into compelling business cases that included short, mid and longer-term implementation roadmaps.

It’s been a privilege to partner with these brands and help them create deeper, more profitable relationships with their customers.
